Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends

Q5. Can you customize the products as per our request?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. All samples will be free if unit cost under 10 USD, but the freight should be on your side. If you have express account like DHL, UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have. You can send express cost to our paypal account, any sample cost could be returned when you make order with us.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q8: How is the shipment?

A: Usually 2-3 days before we finish the production we will inform you arrange the rest 70% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money. Also be sure that the earlier payment the earlier shipment.

Q9: How about the vessel booking?

A: Usually we don't book vessel for you because of our FOB. But if you really need us booking vessel for you we are pleased to serive you wholeheartedly but you should pay the fees.

Q10: How about taking delivery?

A: We will present you all the original shipping documents via express after you clear all the payment and also we can arrange telex release if you need it. And you can take the delivery with the shipping doucument after you clear your custom.
